Slow leak?

How slow is slow.  I've been having a watery discharge for the past week and a half and concerned it may be amniotic fluid. It only happens occasionally. Like maybe once a day or every other day.  It's a small gush of fluid. Just enough to wet my panties. I had it again this morning and some on and off cramping (feels like poop cramps). Just curious if this could be signs of preterm labor? I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and have a doctors appointment today. Just curious if anyone had any experience with this or opinions. Thanks!
