Positive Test yesterday and today

So i got a bfp today and yesterday but af is due today. I woke up and have had light cramps all day and feel like a period and period 💩 is soon to come. Anyone else ever experience this and have a healthy pregnancy?

Thank you all for responding, it feels so much like period cramps my mind rushed to the worse case scenario. It is also normal to have a headache and lower back ache?
