Implantation or BV,?

Soo I had this spotting going on last week and it started Friday and ended Sunday evening. I am not going to lie I had BV( Bacteria Vaginosis). When I got it, it would have a strong chemical smell but I didn’t have that with this and also this spotting was heavy on Saturday and with BV it was never in my underwear just when I wipe. I also took preg test one positive, and 2 negatives. My doctor said wait a week, I also just asked for a perception for the BV, but I have not taken it yet. Has anyone been through this ? I am anxious and my cycle is suppose to start in 5 days ? Should I just wait?
