In a Pickle

So in February I had an ectopic removal. I was on birth control and didn't even know I was pregnant. Kind of screwed with my head. That being said, fast forward to now, I took plan b at the beginning of my fertile window, and I am now approximately 8dpo, I didn't think I ovulated because of the plan b but if I did that's how far along I would be. I wasn't feeling well and tested anyway and I'm pregnant. So I am approx 3weeks ish based on lmp.

I never thought I would be in this situation but here I am. Does anyone have any advice for a medication abortion. What do I need to know. What should I expect. I'm just very lost and confused. I'm attaching my pregnancy test because even though it's early it's a clear positive. Blurring for those who don't want to see.
