Pumping to start labor?

Well I did a number of things before I went into labor which included pumping. I was overdue with zero signs of labor and got the okay from my OB to try a few things to naturally bring on labor. I power walked outside until I couldn't walk anymore, had sex with ejaculation, drank red raspberry leaf tea and pumped before going to bed. I woke up about 5 hours later in labor.

I tried at 38+6 (because I was to be induced at 39) and it didn’t work. I did go from a 3 on 38+5 to a 5 at my check in for induction though! Induction was suuuuper quick. 4 hours from time of check in to him in my arms.
