So I was tested positive for chlamydia today and my symptoms are , nausea , lower back pain , lower abdomen pain and diarrhea. I had flu-like symptoms for 2 days 2 week’s ago and now I’m paranoid incase i may have HIV or any other possible thing . Has anyone with chlamydia have these symptoms ?

Im getting a blood work done tomorrow for any other possible std because of how paranoid I am
