Can I fly?, I’m 6 weeks pregnant

Hi guys 
This is my first pregnancy and 
I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant,  I have to travel overseas next week, flight is like 10hr long. Is it risky to travel right now ?

You can travel however remain very well hydrated, get up and move and move your feet around while sitting. Compression stocking will be of benefit as well. 
During pregnancy you are at an increased risk of developing a clot so be aware. Highly unlikely but possible that would be your only risk based off of face value. 
Commercial air travel before week 36 of pregnancy is considered safe if you have a healthy pregnancy. Still, if you're pregnant, check with your health care provider before you fly.
When you fly:
Promote circulation. Take occasional walks up and down the aisle. If you must remain seated, flex and extend your ankles periodically. Also, avoid wearing tightfitting clothing. Use of compression stockings might help.
Drink plenty of fluids. Low humidity in the cabin can lead to dehydration and promote clotting. (You are early though so risk is very low)
Avoid gassy foods and drinks preflight. Entrapped gases expand at altitude, which can cause discomfort. Examples include broccoli and carbonated drinks.

Absolutely. Try to walk as much as possible. Tell TSA your pregnant since you shouldn't go through the x-ray and theyll do a pat down instead. But overalls flying is perfectly safe until 32 weeks I think.

My doctor recommended I get a heparin injection if I'm having  a long flight during pregnancy. I saw her at week 8, so can't tell if the recommendation would have been different earlier. In any case, do stand up regularly. It's important to lower your now increased risk of blood clots.

Absolutely! Just make sure to bring your own water and a snack on the plane. And take it easy with the lifting - ask for help for someone to pick up your suitcase if you're taking a large one

Completely fine. I flew during my first pregnancy in the early weeks. Have a healthy daughter.  I also just did a 23hr bus trip and no issues. You'll be fine☺️
