Covid-19 and past medical record.
Just curious has any one noticed in their last medical records like early 2019 and prior of it stated covid-19 vaccine was due? 😂
I just had to look at my last medical record for 2017 and January of 2019 but state that I was over due for the covid-19 vaccine and it was due in 1995 😂🤷🏻♀️
