My fiancé and I have been trying for the past couple of months and we want another so bad! What did you girls take that helped you get pregnant?

Ive been taking prenatals along with calcium & magnesium (my obgyn approved since she states my prenatals only have a small does of calcium/magnesium) to prepare my body for pregnancy but idk if it helps with conceiving.

If you are TTC, you should take a prenatal. 
Here’s a list of nutrients that a typical pregnant woman needs from foods and supplements: 
Vitamins dietary reference intakes 
Vit A 1770mcg
Vit C 85mg
Vit D 15mcg/600IU, some recommendations are significantly more 
Vit E 15mg
Vit K 90mcg (preferably as K2)
Vitamin B1 1.4mg
Vitamin B2 1.4mg
Niacin 18mg
Vitamin B6 1.9mg(as pryidoxal-5-phosphate)
Folate 600mcg specifically methylated folate (you’ll see on label as L-methylfolate or 5-methyltetrahydrofolate)
Vitamin B12 2.6mcg (as methycobalamin or adenosylcobalamin)
Biotin 30mcg
Pantothenic Acid 6mcg
Choline 450mg
Calcium 1000mg 
Iodine 220mcg
Iron 27mg (may be more or less or not necessary based on your iron levels)
Magnesium 350mg
Zinc 11mg
Selenium 60mcg
Chromium 30mcg
DHA at least 300mg
You will likely not find everything all in one and may need to take some vitamins/minerals separately. Also super important to remember that a prenatal is not a replacement for healthy, nutrient dense foods!
