Synthesis pubic Dysfunction Help
Help, need advice.
I’m 23 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Since 16 weeks I struggled with ligament pain and as every week passes i struggle more and more. The past two weeks I’ve struggled to do every day stuff and a few times struggled walking. I’ve tried the exercises given but struggle with them.
I’ve tried a pregnancy pillow at night and a pelvic belt.
But it just seems to get worse. Can anyone give me advice on how i can sleep at night or anything else I can do or products to help.
