Do you see any line progression?

Question

Three months off birth control, first time using OPKs. Started testing the day after my period stopped. 30 day cycles avg. Am I doing this right? Any suggestions?

Opks don’t always have a progression you just need to keep testing. You need to test at least 2 times a day daily between 11am and 8pm and Opks don’t confirm ovulation or dpo so if you want more accuracy you need to add bbt to confirm ovulation to know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy

It you test once a day you should do it at the same hour for more accuracy. It is ideal to test twice a day between 11 and 20 pm so you don't miss your surge.
