Does this look like teeth?

My poor boy is usually all smiles but today he’s inconsolable. All I can think is maybe he’s teething but I don’t know what to look for except drool. (And he is DROOLING)

Teeth are on their way but those bottom ones have a ways to go yet. The gums will become very spongey-like right before the tooth breaks through. Drooling, discomfort, trouble / fussing while eating, slightly elevated temp are all common signs of teething

The two middle bottom ones are coming soon. Definitely get teething stuff. Make sure to get Tylenol. If your baby is fussy he could be in pain.
