So the past couple days on my left side but in the shoulder blade area I’ve felt like a pain lately, on and off ( not constant ) kinda dull maybe? Idek. but then today I got up to fast and saw stars ( could be my anxiety taking over cause I did google ) but I automatically saw hellp syndrome and preeclampsia and now my minds going through a downward spiral.

If you’ve had those what were your symptoms? could I just be dehydrated ( I’m not the best at drinking water ) I’m 20 weeks 6 days if that makes a difference
