How would you feel? What should I do?

Me and my husband got into an argument this morning and he told me we’re literally only together for our kids and when we have sex, he doesn’t even think about me, he thinks about anything but me. What should I do? How should I feel? I don’t even know what to do

Oh, So sorry to hear that. Please be calm. Let things settle then try talking about it with him. If you're a Christian, I'd ask you to prayerfully seek wisdom to handle the situation. Talking to someone else, a specialist, might help too. Get to the root of it and decide if you're both ready to make things work better now.

You have the right to feel anyway you want / are feeling. That is an absolutely wretched thing to say to your spouse. Although with it being in the middle of a fight (at least I believe that what you said) it could be a case of saying the worst thing you can think of even if it’s not true, just to get a rise, growing up my parents did that often. I’ve found I get intrusive thoughts of nasty things to say when fighting with others, and with personal therapy I’ve learned why it happens (in my case) and how to stop it. I would recommend sitting down while not fighting and talking about counseling, counseling can never hurt. Personal and couples sound like a good idea, especially for him.
