Should I seek a doctor it hurts to walk, sit and cross my legs. What could this be. It’s not a disease because I RARELY have sex.

Just put hot compress on it, I would warm a slice of an onion on stove and put it on as hot as you can stand it, don’t burn yourself but eventually it will come to head and pop.
