I went to the doctor yesterday due to some mild cramping that comes and goes. They said my hcg level is 4758, I’m just under 5 weeks along. They could see a fetal pole and sac on the ultrasound. They diagnosed me with threatened miscarriage just because of the cramping but they said they weren’t very concerned. I have to follow up with my OB to make sure my levels are rising. My concern is that they said they didn’t see a heartbeat and they think it’s just too early. Is this something I should worry about??
