Stomach contractions (not pregnant)

*I will be going drs just wanna know if anyones ever had this before*

Earlier for about 3 hours after I went for a pee I came down stairs and sat down and my uterus was contracting like the pain was as bad as labour if not worse I couldn’t move I felt like I went for 100-0 in few minutes I felt horrible I was getting shooting pains in the uterus and feeling of intense pressure if I sat up straight I was in more pain like something wanted to come out I can handle pain normally but that was on another level
