Postpartum Period
My baby was born 03/16/22. I never had a period following his birth until I had my IUD (Mirena) inserted on 6/7/22. About a week later, I began having light bleeding which is still happening. I called my OB who said that irregular bleeding was expected during the first 3 months post insertion. Has anyone else experienced this? If this bleeding continues, I’m strongly considering having it removed by the end of the month.
