New habits...

First of all has anyone experienced... I don't even know how to phrase it... breastfeeding shaming? I have to return to uni in September and my baby turns her nose up at the bottle, then I get slammed for 'how are you gonna return if she doesn't take a bottle' ... I don't know? I'll cross that bridge when I come to it?... Should I start introducing a bottle so she's better off with it? I really don't want to until it's necessary... Is that being selfish?

Also LG is 5 months and whereas she used to just nurse to sleep then woke up 3 times (ish) at night for a feed, she now feeds, has 50 min - hour sleep at bedtime then wakes up and tosses and turns and fusses for a bit (between 30 min to 2 hrs)... And wakes every 1.5-2hrs at night. Is this a permanent thing and should I just accept that this is how things are now or...? The routine hasn't changed and I even reintroduced the swaddle...
