What discharge is this ?

I've been feeling like I'm loosing blatter control but so started using panty liners but I'm also having this discharge.

You need to be tested for UTI and if you do have one then you need to be prescribed antibiotics as nothing OTC will cure it. UTIs need to be treated ASAP or they can spread to bladder, kidneys, etc. 
If it’s not a UTI and you are actually losing control - reach out to a women’s health physical therapist and get some pelvic floor therapy - life changing!

Where are you in your menstrual cycle? Discharge is normal. Depending where you’re at in your cycle, it can vary in color and consistency. If it doesn’t have a funky odor, it’s not green or gray, and it’s not itchy or painful, it’s unlikely to be an infection. What’s concerning is that you feel like you’re losing control of your bladder. Do you have pain on urination? Increased frequency? That could signal a UTI, but the discharge would be unrelated to that (unless you have some sort of STD).

I just want to point out for OP who is concerned enough already that yellow discharge not NOT automatically mean infection. Yellow can be a variant of normal (a quick search using a reputable source will prove this for those who just don’t believe it). Green or gray IS automatically an infection. It is UNLIKELY to have a true vaginal infection with yellow discharge alone and no other signs/symptoms. Obviously, it’s possible, but UNLIKELY. It’s more concerning that you have urinary symptoms, which could point to a UTI (but OP’s discharge likely has nothing to do with that, like I said in another comment). It boggles my mind that people come on here to say things that just aren’t true— yellow discharge alone is NOT a sign of infection.🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
