wondering if anyone has taken either of these after giving birth & if they actually helped or just a waste of money? (2nd one in comments)

All vitamins claiming to do magic to your hair is a waste of money. Some will swear they've helped, but there is no scientific proof they do anything of any kind.

I have not, however I’d definitely do some rice water, do some braids at night (buns and ponytails are gonna pull!) and continue my prenatal vitamins! You’re wanting the biotin!
