So I had unprotected sex with my bf a few days ago,I took the day after pill but today I woke up with this.Can it be implantation blood?

Answer

Implantation happens from 6 to 12 days past ovulation 
If you’ve taken the morning after pill I’d say this is just an effect from this and it’s probably started your period earlier 
You wouldn’t implant a couple of days after sex either
