Those who have hemorrhaged

For those who have hemorrhaged during labor or after, did it happened again with further pregnancies? This is my 3rd baby. 1st birth was okay I only hemorrhaged because I tore and they couldn’t find where I tore. My 2nd is when I actually hemorrhaged for unknown reasons.

I hemorrhaged about an hour after birth when they pushed on my stomach to feel my uterus, blood just gushed out. I’m scared this will happen again because I am not unexpectedly pregnant.
