How many days to take it easy after FET?

How many days were you told to rest/take it easy following your FET?
For those of you who have had successful FET’s, what did you do / not do in the days that followed your transfer?

You don’t really have to change your daily activities… and honestly keeping busy is a good way to distract yourself

0 days. Last time we went for a walk and watched funny shows. This time we have a toddler (from our first FET) so we chase her around, swim with her, carry her (she’s 34 lbs) and I’ve been doing light yard work. Was told no high impact stuff. I’m currently 3 days post FET, but I’m of the mind that hardly anything you do is going to have a significant effect on the outcome. Extreme stuff probably will (heavy drinking, being in an mma fight, not sleeping for days, etc), but having a stressful week of work isn’t going to ruin your shot.

Just relax and rest. No strenous activities and nothing stressful (so watch a romcom and not a horror movie maybe 😄). Stay hydrated thats important.

The day of the the transfer, I relaxed as I had a 6 hour ride back home. After that, I did pretty much everything as normal. Well, no strenuous activities or bouncing around.

I took the day of transfer off from work. But I went shopping for a dress for an upcoming wedding. Then spent the weekend doing light housework, watching comedies on Netflix. Back to work on Monday. Nothing extreme either way.

I took it really easy for a week after my fresh transfer and it worked, but i wasn’t told any restrictions were necessary. So it was probably just coincidence!
