Wrong due date maybe???

Question

If my baby measures bigger than the weeks I’m supposed to be… 
Could I have the wrong due date??

Believe me I thought my due date kept changing too because my baby has been measuring a week or two ahead ever since my second ultra sound but my OB has stuck to my initial first ultra sound which put him right with my gestational age so it just means he’s a little bigger is all, nothing wrong with that !

My son was measuring 2 weeks ahead since our anatomy scan and my due date never changed.
I went into labor naturally at 40 weeks 5 days, he was born the next morning at 40 weeks 6 days. He was 10lbs 1oz and the birth was unassisted. I only had a second degree tear which is super common even for 6-7lb babies.

There is a possibility and also could just be a bigger than average baby x all my babies seem to  measure a week or 2 ahead and are born in the 9lbs range

My doctors told me anything with a week behind or ahead is pretty typical with sonogram imaging! Your midwives or dr will definitely tell you if your due date has changed. 
My daughter was measuring 9 days behind at my 20 week scan and now 6 days ahead at my 25 week appointment!

My OB explained the due date as a best estimate. Only 5% or babies are born on their due date! She said the ultrasound measurements can be off by a few days. 
Also, I track my periods and I know the date we had sex that resulted in my pregnancy because my husband was out of town the rest of that week lol. 
At my 8 week ultrasound she was measuring 4 days ahead, at my 13 week she was 7 days ahead. At my 20 week ultrasound where they did all of the anatomy measurements, she was measuring 2 days ahead.
