Shady hospital

Is it possible to have a miscarriage without clots or pain? I’m having just this pink spotting that is sometimes brown. For 3 days now. Went to the ER yesterday The technician kept making fun of my uterus being retroverted and the er d nurse said they couldn’t find a heartbeat most likely because of this. However the radiologist said baby was viable and they brushed right over this with the rebuttal of “well her hcg isn’t at standard range for someone who should be 10 weeks! “ I came home crying not knowing what to believe they barely talked to me about what was going on. I didn’t find out the truth of the er nurse lying on my file until today when another nurse called. Apparently they put in my file that I was bleeding and in pain so they could conveniently diagnose me instead of putting what I actually told them which was “no pain just spotting “. I go back tomorrow so they can check my hcg again. Please any advice ? I don’t know what to think.
