Nausea and vitamin B6
Hi ladies!
The constant nausea kicked in at 5+5 (currently 6+4). Had it exactly the same last time but now that I have an active two year old it’s not as easy to rest whenever I feel like it. Been prescribed Lergigan Comp by my doctor (commonly prescribed for pregnancy nausea here in Sweden) which helps some, but not completely. I’ve also started taking extra B6 vitamins as I read that that can also help with the nausea. Anyone here who’s taken vitamin B6 and seen improvements? How long did it take for you to feel the effects? Read somewhere that it takes about a week, only on day 2 currently.
Any other tips for curbing the worst of it? Apart from eating and drinking regularly, and anything ginger-related (I don’t want to take too much seeing as it’s not recommended for pregnant women, I just add a slice to my morning tea).
