Bad acne-boy or girl?!

I had no acne with my first two and lots with my third. All boys!

I had lots of acne with my first two who were girls. Than absolutely beautiful skin with my third , also a girl.
And now I have some acne here and there but not as bad as with the first two. Having a boy this time. 
So has nothing to do with gender. Probably more to do with diet, stress and maybe age..with my first my acne was the worst out of all of them. I was only 18, so could still be teenage acne too.
