Family Fraud

So I’m in the process of getting my life together and making my life more stable. Been looking for a place for me to take care of my duties. I went to check my credit score and it was too low. I’ve never had a credit card or anything.

Coming to find out my parents were doing cat and mouse game until I was 21 with their insurance. The insurance ended up billing me and now my credit is in the shit.

I can’t support my family or do anything. Simply because my family ruined my credit.

HAS ANYONE GONE THROUGH THIS OR SIMILAR AND CAN GIVE SOME GOOD ADVICE on if I should take this legally or what to do.
