Tattoo help

I just got a tattoo 2 days ago, on Friday. I'm worried about the healing. My first tattoo I left saniderm on 4 days so this didn't happen, this time I had a reaction to the saniderm so I removed it early. Is it normal to be kind of scaly looking and feeling or is my tattoo overworked?
