Breast tingling

This pass month both breast have been tingling on and off right now I have a little discomfort/slight pain in right side of breast then it goes away. My period from this month was July 9-13th so I hardly think it has anything to do with periods or menstruations. No discharge the doctor checked for and felt no abnormalities or lumps. But does any other women feel this?? When I moved I was going to get a mammogram to check for anything because I am not sure.
