Lump above breast (chest area)

Ok so I know this isn’t something that would normally be posted In here but it’s 8 hours until I can call a doctor..

I’ve had a sore chest all day, it’s been tender to touch almost like bruising feeling and tonight I looked in the mirror and I have a raised lump in the middle of my chest above my breasts, it’s hard to explain where it is it’s just shy of my collarbone in the middle of my chest above my breasts if that makes sense.. it’s the first I’ve noticed it and have had no pain ever before now. I can’t explain it to google so my minds going crazy and I just thought I’d ask on this In hope anyone’s experienced anything like it..

FYI I was at a party last night and was dancing and bumped into someone’s hand around my neck area but it was just a slight bump.. could this be caused by that?
