Depressed during period??

Hey girls, 
I have a question. When you guys are on your cycle to y’all get depressed/anxious? I have anxiety already and currently I am on my cycle and I just feel so down. I want to cry and I don’t even know why. Does it happen to any of you?

Yes! During every cycle, I always feel depressed and anxious. It’s one of the reasons why I’d like to have my IUD removed in the future (sooner rather than later).
