Starting on a sibling

We are back and starting our first FET to hopefully give our little boy a sibling. A little background... I have a history of uterine polyps. After having them removed we did a round of IVF at the age of 37 that resulted in a successful day 5 fresh transfer and 2 frozen embryos. Our transfer stuck and I had a normal pregnancy that gave us our amazing little boy via C-section due to the cord being around his abdomen. Now at 39 the polyps are back and scheduled to be removed August 16th with our first FET to follow. Because of my age and fact that the embryos are frozen the Dr is going to be transferring both embryos, which apparently has a 20% chance of twins 😳🥰. Anyone ever have a successful fresh transfer, C-section and then successful fet? Baby dust to all of you!
