How to tell him what turns you off?

Long story short…

So I’ve been talking to this guy who lives in Italy online. After 3 months of communicating online he decided to fly to California to see me. He gave me an impression of a highly intellectual, caring, charming person online. Today I saw him for the first time in real life. Although I had seem him in videos and live stream, he looked about the same in real life. He said I look the same too. As soon as he started to talk I noticed his teeth are all rotten and I could smell the bad breath. It was so gross, instant turn off. But I tried to distract myself and focus on the good things in him, thinking no one is perfecf and teeth are totally fixable. So he cab fix them and problem solved ( by on the other hand I thought, why didn’t it ever come into his mind that it’s ok to not take care of his teeth?). The next thing he started touching me, I said I don’t feel comfortable he is like sorry. After we talked and spent some time together, he asked me if I like him, I said well, yes. I asker him what about you? He said I like you a bit. I thought maybe it’s his Italian thing and he cannot express himself correctly in English as his English isnt so good. I let it go also. Well about an hour after he asked me if I’d like to see him again, I see well, maybe. I asked him what about him? He said if I have time 😬. What? He is like playing a word game with me, asking if I like him when I say yes he said he likes me a bit. Then he asked me if I want to see him again? When I respond positively meaning yes, he said if only he has time ( Mind it, he came to Italy specially to see me), now he is playing mind games or what? He will if he has time? After asking me and I tell him yes. Also one thing that turned me off a lot. We went to starbucks drivethrough, ordered drinks, as the cashies was returning his change through the window, a few cents fell on the ground, he got mad at it, opened the car door, went out and picked up those a few cents from the ground. He then said who gives tips to these people ( the employees)? He is like I hate the idea of tipping here in America, if I tip them they will make more than me. I was shocked, being such a cheap person and talking badly about tipping. The moment we met he was like, ohh you have an apple watch? He also checked my purse brand, saying let me see it which was a regular Aldo bag. I spend about an hour with him and lost all the interest with him. I told him to drop me off ans I walked to my house which was a few blocms away. I said good bye and left him. He stood and watch me go. Once I got home I deleted him from my instagram and facebook. Now he is texting me non stop asking for explanation on what he did, why I left him, he wants to make things clear because I’m important. I ignore his messages and don’t know if I should tell him what I felt? What are the things that turned me off? He is trying to understand and asking me tell him the truth why I left him and deleted from social media. He is asking for another chance and meet me again. I liked him first but all these things were huge turn off for me. So I’m not sure if I should tell him exactly what I think and what are the things that I didn’t like hoping he will try to work on them to improve or should I just let it go? Or better to tell him all and give him another chance? I need advice. What do you think? Thanks
