It only takes one!

Writing this for everyone who is losing hope as they watch their numbers fall or who only have a few eggs retrieved or a single embryo. It really can work with just one!

Over 3 years ago I started my first ivf journey. After all we went through we ended up with a single embryo. One! I was so disappointed. All that hard work and injections and appointments for a single embryo!

But it worked! And I have the most amazing two year old to show for it!

Fast forward to a few months ago when we had to start all over again for another child. We felt things were going so much better and yet… just one damn embryo again! Seriously! What the heck?!

But that worked, too! I just tested positive after my recent FET!

You only NEED one. It can absolutely work with just one. Don’t give up hope even if you’re disappointed in some of the interim results. It can absolutely happen with just one (even twice!)
