When will you let family and friends visit.

I’m just wondering what everyone’s plans are for visitors.
With my first child I wasn’t as nervous but covid didn’t exist yet and everyone visited in the hospital. Now I’m kinda paranoid 🙃
Also since we’re due in September that’s when the kids go back to school so I’m nervous bout the younger nieces and nephews visiting at first.

We plan on letting immediate family meet him in the hospital, and then the rest of our family can meet him within a few weeks. We are waiting on letting friends meet him until he’s at least a month old or older. I’m not willing to let anyone hold him or even touch him that isn’t family until my maternity leave is over.

I’m about to have baby #3 in October. My parents will be with my two other kids since I will be having a C-section. So they will be the only ones meeting the little one. Husband and I agreed one month before anyone else meets the baby since I will still be recovering, and we will all be adjusting to a family of five.

I’m waiting about two weeks for parents and a month or so for everyone else.

Depends on who. Our moms will certainly be at our house the day I give birth to baby 2. Everyone else may trickle in to visit in the following weeks-month. My SIL is a germaphobe so she’ll bring my niece and nephew over when she thinks it’s safe and that’s good enough for me. We all got Covid a few weeks ago though so I’m not worried about it. We’re freshly immunized.. 😅

I’m due in September with my 4th. My parents will most likely be over the day we come home or the next day. They will have my other 3 kids so I’m going to see them regardless.
All our friends can come visit within the next few days. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Last time they just gave us a few days and asked if they could come by. Then we said yes or no and they came for a short visit if allowed.
Last time many visited during Easter break, but since we don't have anything like that I imagine I'll get fewer visits from people far away this time at least 😂
