On fem and meno.. I was sure I ovulated but my surg is going back up?

I had pretty intense cramping CD10-11 with fertile CM! CD12 I woke up soar and my tests by 1 was very faint. Now at CD13 my surge is going back up! Am I ovulating twice !?

LH fluctuates throughout your cycle. Many opk tests suggest you stop testing after getting your peak to lessen confusion.
