Need opinion plz

So I am 3 days late on my period and extremely light, light brown discharge only when going to the bathroom and it’s not like when I usually start. Has anyone else had this happen? I’ve had heartburn for the past two weeks and really tired too. Sometimes a little nauseous but not to the point of throwing up.
