Std testing

I did surgical abortion a year ago and they told me my Pap smear results came back abnormal and i found out I had HPV and to come back in 6 months when it goes away. I went back and now I’m tested positive for Chlamydia but negative for HPV. My boyfriend is absolutely sure that he didn’t sleep with anyone. I tried contacting the doctor office and medical assistant says she believes they do std testing for the abortion since they did a Pap smear. I don’t have a definite answer and im frustrated. I need to know if he stepped out on me
