Anyone here a hair stylist ? 😭

So months ago I used box dye and my hair was brown with patchy spots (don’t come after me with the box dye 😭😭 I don’t have money to go out and get it professionally done LOL) anyways I wanna go blonde and I know the procedures of how it starts out orange is like my hair but as you can see in the middle of my head it’s still blotchy!!! I went to Sally’s beauty and used salon care volume 20 and 40 mixed with Clairol professional shimmer lights (to bleach it) and then used volume 40 and ion permanent creame color 9n. 
I did this July 16th. How long should I wait to dye it again? And how do I get rid of the different color patches in the middle of my head???

Not a hair stylist but bleach is very bad on hair, i would wait at least 2 months if you can, and don’t use any heat or take hot showers in that time. And when you go to bleach again only put it on the part that is still orange and not your ends then after put a toner on it.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and this is a serious color correction. This is a big job even for a licensed professional. I would seriously discourage you from trying to bleach your own hair again. 
That being said, this is not a job you can do yourself. You need someone to help you apply bleach to just the orange band (midsection) and leave out the roots and ends. After letting that process for about 45 minutes, then apply to roots. Let process for additional 30 minutes. Once lifted, you can tone with the 9N but use a very low volume developer (nothing more than 10 volume) as there is no reason to blast open that cuticle again. You’re just depositing color, not lifting. Only apply the 9N color to your roots and mids, leave out the ends. Let process for however long it says the color needs to process (all color product lines are different) and then when you rinse, just emulsify the color with water, to your ends. Leave on ends for about 5-10 minutes. 
This is a personal preference, but I never never NEVER use bleach with anything over 20 volume developer. Low and slow is best ESPECIALLY if you are not a professional. Please please take my advice on that! Without a professional there to check your hair’s progress, you may need to adjust the processing time that I’ve told you. That was just my estimate based on what I’m seeing in a picture. Good luck!

You have to only bleach the orange part . Do not put any bleach on the already blonde parts. Then after you bleach it, tone it with toner

Please just go to a professional. If you had just gotten a groupon in the first place and found a professional you wouldn’t be stuck in this place having to attempt to do a pretty challenging corrective color on yourself. I’m a hair stylist, I love doing color. But I don’t even mess with my own hair on this type of level. Although, I guess I could do it if I needed too. But I still wouldn’t. So first off you will def need to go back in with lightener (bleach). But please don’t use shimmer lights. Get goldwell lightener and 20 volume developer. Or ask someone at Sally’s for a recommendation. Also, get a good friend or someone like your Mom or anyone artistic that you trust to help you with this. So in your pic, see how your roots are pretty light. Not sure how you applied this to your head. But deffo google how to apply lightener to the entire head for a diagram of this with instructions. For next time if you ever do this again. So your roots being so close to your scalp, will develop faster than the mid lengths. And your ends will also process faster. So you want to apply the middle first, then the roots then the ends. If you do this you must be careful to not get any lightener on the super blonde pieces of your hair. Or you will straight up give yourself a chemical haircut the hair could literally break right off. Only apply lightener and 20 volume to the orange. And I would also, at the very end hit your roots for a few mins also. Roots being the first 1 inch or 1.5” of your hair. Also, you def will want to put a plastic cap on your head while you process. Keep a careful eye on it. Also, when it has been on there for 20 mins or so I would take a clean towel and wipe off a tiny spot on the previously orange section. The color you want to achieve is a nice lemon yellow color. That’s when you know it’s time to shampoo your hair. Do not condition it yet. Then it will be time to apply a toner onto your whole head. Gently squeeze out the excess water from your hair so it’s not dripping wet. Any toner should be mixed with a 10 volume developer. Your not trying to lift the hair with a toner. Your just applying color to counter act any unwanted tones. So if you still have a tinge of orange left after lightening you counter act orange with blue. You counter act yellow with purple. By blue and purple I don’t mean like direct dye colors. It’s a sheer lighter shade of these colors. Someone at sally’s will be able to help you get ten volume developer and toners that will work best for you. Make sure to apply the lightener with a brush and use a bowl and to apply toner use a bottle. Good luck I hope you get a great result. Also, after toner shampoo and condition. And maybe get a purple shampoo and condidotoner and a deep conditioning treatment. Avoid heat after for a while too.

You can safely bleach again now. 
Find a store local to you that carries powdered bleach, purchase that and a 20 volume developer. (Yes, 30 and 40 are available. No you do NOT want to use them on your fragile hair at this moment..ok?)
Next purchase 2-3 bottles of toner. This will also work GREAT with 20 developer, and be a little less harsh on your strands. 
Section you hair, do NOT put more bleach on the already blonde area. Start where the orange starts half way down the hair, and do your roots LAST. Try to use foil if you can, if not that's okay too! 
Do not use hair dryers, hot irons or any heated tools for a while. 
Once done bleaching, you rinse, tone, deep condition and then apply a hair mask. You'll thank me later !!
