Cramps before AF/BFP

I had a chemical last cycle and ovulated again about 10 days ago. I tested today 10dpo (last cycle I got my First faint positive at 10dpo) and it was negative today. I’ve been sick with a bad cold all week but haven’t had many symptoms related to pregnancy. Today I just started to get pretty noticeable cramps in the uterus area but totally different feeling then my regular PMS cramps. More of sharp pain and pressure. Did anyones period cramps feel different the first cycle following a chemical or was it back to normal after? I usually start bleeding at 15 or 16 dpo
