Contractions or ?

FTM here! Ever since yesterday ( 4pm-ish) I was having cramping that came in waves and they got slightly more intense. I assumed I was starting my labor so I started tracking the cramps and they were consistently coming every 10 minutes but this went on the whole entire night. They never got closer to the magic 5 number but they started getting pretty intense.

I tried walking around and laying in different positions to see if they went away in case they were BH. Now I’m getting cramping irregularly but they’re more intense then the ones last night but I still can’t “walk them off”. With this I’m having discharge like crazy, tons of mucus with some blood.

I’m 39+4 and was 2cm on Wednesday. I don’t know if this is normal and I should just ride it out or at some point just go into LD regardless of them getting closer 😩
