Irregularly regular contractions?

Question

Stayed up basically the entire night with very uncomfortable contractions, but they all come at different times making it difficult to track…. Even got a shower at 2am just in case I needed to rush over to triage. Anyone else? Had a membrane sweep 2 days ago and a bloody show at that time. Now it’s just a wait game. A miserable wait game at that….

I was in the hospital yesterday too. Contractions were consistent though, every 6-8 mins. Strong. But my cervix was still high, 50% effaced and only 1cm. They said could be anyday now though. So I'm going to do a relaxing girls day, pedicure, lunch, bit of shopping.
