Pcos diet plan?!?!
Anyone have any recommendations on special diets for PCOS? Anything that can help me regulate my hormones, lose weight, and help with ovulation? Since I was diagnosed I’ve been on only 500mg of metformin morning and night and I feel like it doesn’t help at all. I heard some people have to increase the dose to really feel better. I don’t have insulin sensitivity but the endocrinologist said it’s best to include it. I’m not ovulating regularly and my hormones are all over the place. Has anyone found eating specific foods or cutting certain foods out to be helpful???
