Headache for weeks

Not sure who else to tell this to so i’ll put it here haha

Ever since I moved into my apartment i’ve had a migraine all day, every day. it’s been 4 weeks since I moved in and this migraine would not go away, even with medicine, water, less caffeine, etc.

I finally found out what I think the problem was. We’ve had the air on 64 every night before me and my fiancé go to bed because it gets hot our my room. Well last night, we tried turning up the heat and now my migraine has gone away! I thought it was so weird! We lay right under the vent so maybe the cold air was blowing down on me all night and it was too cold causing a headache?

Not sure if it makes sense but 🤷🏽‍♀️
