Shouting and more sleep questions

LO 5 and a half months, started shouting? Like crying but not? But upset? Or just shouting? Anybody else's baby naming new noises and not sure what they are meant to be?

Also she goes into her crib for a nap and keeps jumping up like she's scared or similar to when you dream of falling but like a minute into sleep. She's learning to crawl, can this be an issue? My partner thinks it's my fault because I comfort her all the time so 'she can't settle without me there'....
