Weight loss advice appreciated !
I’m 38, 5 foot 11 inches and weigh 320 lbs. My body shape is a pear with tree trunk legs as I like to say lol.
Since May, I’ve been eating in a calorie deficit (averaging about 1200) and working out 2 to 3 days a week. When I say “working out” I mean power walking at least 30 mins minimum to walking 4 miles. To the past week I’ve incorporated bursts of jogging. Obviously I can’t go very far or fast but I’m trying. Really it depends on time, weather etc. it’s difficult because I work nights.
Anyway, while I see my clothes fitting less tight, the scale hasn’t really moved but maybe 5 to 7 lbs. I know I shouldn’t necessarily go by that but I hate that I feel I’m working so hard… being mindful of my eating (healthy low fat/ high protein) that I should be seeing results or at least other people by now.
Does anyone have any suggestions or tips? I haven’t done weight training or anything because I don’t live close to a gym, I don’t have the equipment nor the space. Anything is welcome!!
