Possible Labor?

I am 38 weeks today. About 3 hours ago I started getting some chest pain. amy chest would hurt and when I breathe it’s like a sharp pain. It reminds me a bit of acid reflux. I am also experiencing a ton of shooting leg pain whenever I move. Like the tingly leg pain (maybe like sciatica?) and I also am feeling tons of pressure from where he feels like he is super super low. I can hardly walk at all. Even sitting my legs are having sharp shooting pains. Should I call into the on call OB and run this by him?

I just have a feeling this could be the start, but I also don’t want to be overreacting. Lol
