Hey guys 2 days ago I found out I was pregnant. Yesterday I started having some growing pains when me and my partner went for a long walk (felt like a tugging pain on my left side, then it switched to my right) I also keep having some lower mild back pain

I’m currently 4 weeks 2 days, but I’m worried that the pain I felt could be due to an ovarian cyst that is causing false positives? (I took 5 tests, including a digital clear blue) my anxiety is pretty high at the moment and I’m scared of something going wrong. Could anyone reassure me that I am pregnant and it is not a cyst?
